About Patricia Parker

While a native of the East coast, I began my real estate career on the West coast in 2001, as a Broker in Oregon and Realtor in Southern California. Loving the concept of “home”, the personal, unique meaning that it has for each of us along with a passion for art and space led me to serve in the real estate world with an eye for connection and detail. Prior to real estate, I taught elementary education, created entrepreneurial positions for myself while raising two (2) beautiful (now adult) children. Always the student, my resume was further enhanced with certification as a life coach from Life Mastery Institute and trained instructor of meditation. Although varied life/work experiences, together they taught me the importance of good listening, communication, and superior negotiation skills that I now bring to client relationships. My return to the East coast was sparked by nostalgia, new adventures, and family. Having visited Asheville many times, I recalled the amazing vibe, quality of life, outdoor activities, art, music, all with a wide range of demographics. Asheville is one of those great small towns with big town offerings. For me, the real estate profession is with a focus on the “open”, not the “close”; creating a relationship of trust and respect earned by providing exemplary service. As your buyer’s advisor - I commit to the lowest and best price; as a seller’s advisor - I commit to the highest and best price with support throughout the entire transaction. My interests are endless, but mostly I can be found on the pickleball court, volunteering, practicing yoga, writing, hiking, traveling, or social ballroom dancing.
